I'm not sure I'd actually want to read the whole book any of those sentence were taken from. But a few of the actual sentences I sampled were amazing. The Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest looks interesting.

Why am I reminded of some of
Why am I reminded of some of the most horrendous commercial jingles I've ever heard. Or the most stupid commercials period? I don't think anyone will ever forget Flo from Progressive. Or the Marvelous, magical, burger king. Sigh.
The whole point of commercials. Make them memorable. Doesn't matter if it's good or not. Just memorable.

Don't forget that Pirates Of The Caribbean started out as a theme park attraction! I remember when the movie first came out I was reluctant to go to see it, thinking it would be some dumb rendering of a cartoon show, but it turned out to be one of the most entertaining films ever.
Never scorn the stories you get on this site. First of all....they're ALL free-to-air, as it were, and they are the writers' best efforts. If you insist on really bad writing go and read Dan Brown.
