Well, since Shiraz hasn’t posted about her most recent story yet, let me try my hand at it. This one takes place completely at Vernon Farm. (Well mostly) It also brings the story into recent current affairs with the whole COVID-19 crisis. Then just when you are lulled into thinking things are going smoothly, BOOM, Shiraz drops the big one… (Ok that might be a bit of poetic licence on my part.)

I do recommend the book very highly.

Has anyone heard anything from Shiraz? She did post a few times about NHS (I think) troubles and health issues, but that was almost two years ago now and I can not recall anything more.

Ok, I admit, I’m also having Tammyverse withdrawals. (Odd symptoms; shakes, needing to use the ‘loo’ at odd times and a craving for haggis. (Even though I’m in Canada) I am still on the edge of - SOMETHING - waiting to find out what happened to Burgess.

The events of the recent USA administration fall into 2 basic categories. #1 Information overload. With the Tsunami of strange, weird, unsettling and scary actions taken by the new administration the news media, other politicians and the general public are overwhelmed by crazy and can not seem to decide which action to tackle first, so they are caught in stasis. That way the administration keeps doing whatever they want.
