Still no idea what happened yet, the server was down for over 12 hours but the ISP said only "server up" and closed the trouble ticket. I'm annoyed.

I wondering what in the world I was going to do if BC was still down today. Whew! Sounds like another company confused as to what the term "Customer Service" means.

I took a nap from 1 till 5. Server came up around quarter to 5 a.m.. Went down a few minutes before 5 p.m. yesterday.
