It is there.
Yes the post seem to say that its is on BigCloset.
But if you click on the chapter links to the left the story is actually there.

Maybe it was intend to read as:
" ... the story that was previously hosted on Bigcloset ... ".

That's a rewrite that appears to have stalled, no update since January, the one that was on BC got much further.
