Yes, but...
Short answer, yes it is possible.
But you need to start young to still have some flexibility in your bones, and it take time.
It is not a healthy thing to do.
It's not a really good look either in my opinion.

Both are quite extreme for the average adult

But then we also have Brazil Butt Lifts and expander breast implants and at one time polypropylene string implants
The extremes people will go to get the RIGHT LOOK
