There are many languages people have invented because life was not hard enough - Esperanto, Legalese, and Bureaucratese come to mind. And using them in normal situation just adds a new dimension to it, don't you agree? ;)

Apparently the quest was to get the McGuffin, and then relocate it to a destined location. I wonder what that location will be?

Also, the company will now have to deal with (I'm totally guessing here, so bear with me!) mercenaries, slavers, Doom worshippers, traditionally hardheaded authorities and many others. And even if they do manage to get the orb into the desired location, who knows what is going to wait for them afterwards.
