Snowfall
Are there going to be three new people to join the group at one time?! That is going to change the group dynamic in unknown ways; I hope they all prove to be assets to the unit.
I am happy to see that Kim and Madison are beginning to heal from their ordeals. Because Kimberly had to do some terrible things slowly and with premeditation, her healing will be slow and require a lot of hands on from her friends. Madison reacted to events unfolding instantaneously and did what she needed to do - but her healing is more personal since it deals with her sister; and her sister needs some to visit her and explain her world is different than the one her sister lives in.
I am looking forward to reading more about Lyssa and all her crew.

Homonyms, synonyms, heterographs, contractions, slang, colloquialisms, clichés, spoonerisms, and plain old misspellings are the bane of writers, but the art and magic of the story is in the telling not in the spelling.
New Chapter Yay
Three new characters, double the fun, or is that triple the fun. Excellent as usual. Hope things are going well with you, you seem to be a little quiet lately.
We all appreciate your stories, a great writer and hours of good reading.

Going to get real interesting
Going to get real interesting very soon, as the three new "newbies" come on board and learn the ropes.
Ooooh
I like. 3 newbies. I look forward to the continuation of this story.

Hypnosis requires....
The subject to be willing. An individual can not be hypnotized against their own will. Yes, there are people who after having been hypnotized will claim they were unwilling - but the fact remains that at some level they were in fact willing to accept hypnosis.
If a person is not willing to surrender to hypnosis, if they are not willing to give up that certain amount of conscious control required for hypnosis, then it will not happen.
I know - my therapist tried repeatedly to hypnotize me when I first began seeing her. Her intent was to learn more about my PTSD issues from me while hypnotized. However, after multiple attempts she was not ale to do so - nor we're several others who have tried through the past. Apparently, I cannot or will not surrender that level of control - I am not willing to give up that part of myself which is necessary for hypnosis to succeed.
I was surprised that the candidates all agreed so quickly. I was even more surprised that Staff Sergeant Dunkirk tried to hit Lyssa. Almost as surprised as I was that she didn't hurt him, lol.
I can't wait to see how the training goes!

flare
I only hope that 3 new recruits at one time, doesn't send up a flare pointing their way that some politicians or other services may try to take advantage of.
3 services, 3 different departures
Army SF will "die" an auto accident.
USAF will likely take terminal leave.
USN Lt will resign his commission.
So, 3 services and each departs differently. Oh yeah, they don't know each other, yet.

*smirks* got it ALL figured out have you?

Just the basics.
The author's inserted twists, turns, tear jerking drama and 'monkey wrenches' tossed in for maximum effect were not taken into account.
typo
and you can go anywhere ad see anything. relive any experience without it hurting you
What 'ad' is being referred to? (Unless it's the flyer announcing the grand opening of the Frills shop that Kim picked up during a rest & refuel stop on the return trip from the left coast.)
3 at one go.
Sound like Charlie Angels to me. Beautiful and stunning georgeous womens. It's gonna be fun.
Sounds like.....
Dannigan is trying to recruit a second team to reduce Lyssa's workload. There is a spook, an intelligence type, and a person with the training to be an extraction specialist at the least. I think Dannigan is looking the future and increasing his options as Seattle and other recent events have shown him that his team needs back-ups and he needs them soon. Kudos on the series.
Wowzer
I am never disappointed when a new chapter of this story is posted. It is as interesting as the rest have been.
It's good to see Madison and Kimberly are being helped by those who truly care for them. Including Warlock. And in many ways, they are helping him as well.
I do agree that Madison's sister needs re-educated, and in a manner which drives the point deeply home. In the old servant way of thinking, she's trying to be above her station. I think someone with an extremely sharp pin would have no trouble deflating her balloon.
It will be interesting to see how the new ones take to their new lives. And jobs.
Others have feelings too.
New recruits
Here's the brief lowdown, all in one place:
Erick Kohler - intelligence / analysis / computers (similar skillset to Kim), recruited by Kim and Lonestar (after dealing with some carjackers and demonstrating that gazing on his face is akin to torture).
Todd Dunkirk - Rangers and Special Forces (so similar to Roderick's ground skills), recruited by Lyssa and Roderick.
David Sanders - pilot, rescue, multilingual (hybrid of Lyssa and Roderick?), recruited by Paul.
Now to read on and see who they become and what skills they actually lend to the team...
