The local authority would use them to check on school catchment areas, parking enforcement and hosepipe bans. Doing something sensible would take assets away from revenue (fines) collection

While the poacher hit first by taking Danni's phone (theft?) and pushing her (assault?) if Cathy takes some kind of physical action I suspect the police will be after her too. Of course Cathy has plenty of backup resources... and the police were called about the poacher and chose not to follow up.

After kicking this jerk's butt; Cathy should ask this question. "was it as good for you as it was for me"? Hopefully, once the police do show, they will have someone with them who knows Cathy or about her, to defer to her judgement on how treat the poacher. Would drawing and quartering be too much? (smile)

Silly poacher
not only has he got a very irate Cathy to deal with, He also will have Danni to deal with, We already know what Cathys daughter is capable of, If you add in Cathy as well then the poacher had better start looking for the nearest hospital... It will be nothing less than he deserves!!
