So has Mia become Olivia?
She would have to be careful given her job, but she seems to be discovering her inner female, not some sarcastic drag artiste, but a regular girl next door.
Angharad
Quite so.
Right now they're framing this whole experience as a new "character" like Mia... It's not... but its the way their mind can comfortably understand it. Its a justification. Are they going to have to be careful? oh yes. Oh yes indeed.
Turns out, a lot of Mia was there all along... and a lot of Harry too. Who will Olivia be?

Interesting
This is a bit beyond the typical trans having different names for how they are dressed.
It is a bit of a crutch to say to least to like an actor, channel personae to be a certain personality.
It is almost a very benign Multiple Personality Syndrome.
For me, I know what my ground state is, always have. Transition only is a convenient place to finally allow that ground state to have more physical/emotional/personal tangibility to the outside world.
It sounds like she has much work to do with herself before that can happen. Poor Harry may have to carry the baggage of this change eventually once he can no long compartamentalize all these aspects of self.
split personality...
So, the personalities thing is intentional. As a drag performer, it is an act... its a stage performance. Drag Queens commonly have extra bedrooms at home for their characters stuff (usually cos so much of it) In a way, its a recurring role they play.
Right now, they are hella confused and juggling WHO and what they are... and what they've done means. is it a traditional route? not a chance. That's on purpose. I wrote Driftwood for a cis audience perspective, its intentionally not the way we see it at the moment, its trying to externalise the view... that changes over time. Not everyone knows from birth that they're X... in many cases just that they don't fit in, or are 'wrong' in some way. Harry is... externalising their feelings and latching onto excuses.
They currently see "Olivia" As a new character... because they need to see her as a character to process it all. Their current frame of mine is character based with their stage show... so its comfortable to justify.
Does that make sense?

Harry - Mia - Olivia
At this stage Harry is simply enjoying the excitement of a new relationship with a gorgeous man and playing with his feminine side. He doesn't appear to be considering Transition or anything permanent - simply revelling in the glow of a new love in his life and revealing his feminine side. There will be lots of time for making life changing decisions and commitments if this relationship proves to be "the one" but at this early stage, my advice to Harry is "You Go Girlfriend!" and see where it takes him/her!! Loving the set up so far, Kit ! Keep them coming !
Hugs and Kudos !

:D
Thanks :) it's quite innocent right now... Harry is justifying a lot of feelings with OTHER things. Which is quite amusing in hindsight. It's going to be quite the mental gymnastics eventually. For now, you're right, they're exploring and enjoying themselves and trying to rationalise it all.
