Not sure if it's my mental or my physical health, but I've been there for at least a year. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or long Covid or C-PTSD or whatever, it makes life a kind of Red Queen's race. I count just managing to do the bare minimum of necessary stuff as a victory.
