“Man! I’m bushed.” Tessa flops down onto the couch of the tour bus they have been traveling around in.

“I know what you mean. Between these state fairs, clubs, and bars we have been playing at are taking a toll on me.” Daisy flops down next to Tessa on the sofa.

Nagisa comes walking in with a slight sunburn. She forgot to cover herself in their hurry to get ready for practice and play. She grabs a cold flavored bottle of water from their cooler and presses it against her forehead.

“I can’t believe we have a major label backing us now.” Lucas sits down on the other lounger and looks at everyone present.

“I know, but we owe them a bunch of money, and I want to pay that loan back as quickly as possible.” Jessie sits down on top of the stool they bought at a thrift store. Jessie loved how pretty it looked and just had to have it.

“With the ticket sales going as well as they are. You guys should be paid back in three years.” Debbie, the new road manager, comes walking in with her iPad in hand.

“How are the profits from our merchandise and music doing?” Jessie was curious about their other ventures.

“They are doing well. You should see a decent profit by the end of the year.” Debbie double-checks their inventory and profit reports.

“Where are we going after we finish up here?” Jessie looks at Debbie when she asks that question.

“I have you booked for five gigs in Michigan City, IN. Also, ten gigs in Kansas City, and five more in Indiana. I have several possible gigs for you ladies in Wisconsin. I’m just waiting to hear back from the managers of the OPE! Brewing Co. and Spanky's Sports Bar & Grill.”

All the girls look at Debbie when she mentions those two venues.”I’ve heard some good things about those places.”Jessie has heard great things about those places.

“Well, I have a surprise for you ladies. The organizers of Sturgis have requested that you ladies perform there.”

“Sturgis? Are you freaking kidding me?” Daisy looks at Debbie with a serious expression.

She has been going to Sturgis with Tony for the past three years. She has seen many acts play there, including Snoop Dog. The two most popular acts to return to play are Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd. There were others, but most of the bikers liked those two. In recent years, Jelly Roll has become popular.

“I can’t believe we are going to play Sturgis.” Daisy was excited and couldn’t wait to tell Tony.

Tessa and Lucas were stunned; they had heard rumors about Sturgis but had never been. Nagisa wonders why the event organizers have asked
them to perform.

“Why us?” Nagisa looks towards Debbie when she asks that question.

“Because the organizers like to give new bands and bands that are friendly a chance. You ladies have met several of their criteria. So, they want to give you a chance to prove yourselves.” Debbie knew these ladies weren’t real women, but they acted like it.

“Well, I’m game, and I think it will be a hell of a lot of fun.” Jessie was willing to sing in front of a bunch of bikers.

“Me too.” Daisy was willing. She’s been to Sturgis and knows how much fun it can be.

“Well, Slash has never performed there, and this would be one up on him. I’m game.” Tessa knew her boyfriend would love this.

All three women turn and look at Lucas and Nagisa to see what they thought. Lucas was still dressed as his favorite bass guitar player, Jennifer Vee. All of the girls had a meeting with the women they look alike, and they got approval from them. Daisy was asked not to disgrace Catherine Bach’s name and to treat Daisy like a little sister.

Slash had no problem with Tessa dressing and playing like him. If nothing else, he was honored by her actions. Lucas had spoken to Jennifer Vee, and she gave him some suggestions to help him look better in her eyes. She told him that she had always wanted a twin sister.

Nagisa looks at her sisters. “I’m in.” She looks towards Lucas, “How about you?”

“What the hell. It should be fun.” Lucas was thinking about becoming a girl full-time, like Tessa and Daisy were.

“Sounds like all of you are in agreement. I’ll call and tell them you have agreed.”

“Oh! This is going to be so much fun.” Daisy was so happy.

“Daisy, don’t tell your boyfriend. Let’s surprise him and his MC?” Jessie wasn’t going to tell her wife, but she would make sure her wife was there.

“Okay.” Daisy gets up and calls her boyfriend.

The other ladies get up and start changing out of the clothes they wore for their performance into comfortable travel clothes. They feel the tour bus start moving as they change.

“On the road again, can’t wait to get on the road again.” Daisy starts singing as she changes out of her sweat-soaked outfit.

Tessa, Jessie, and Lucas all start singing along with Daisy.
