Ok, Another question from the brown haired girl that at this point should probably be a blonde...

I could have sworn that I read this somewhere and maybe I did, and maybe I'm imagining it, but I recall seeing a statement to the effect of 'post one part of a story in a 24 hour period.'

Does that still exist?

So I've been working on my newest story and I've realized that I am actually writing this in a much different way than I've written anything else. I've fallen in love with this way of writing, a way that the software I use makes very easy to write in.

Ok, I'm sure that this has been asked, probably by me (I'm really thinking about changing my hair color to blonde again...) but is there a way to see how many kudos a individual piece of a story has gotten? I thought I read something somewhere that said that there was supposed to be a list on the 'My Stories' page along with the total and daily reads, comments, etc.

Of course I could be imagining things and may not have read that at all...

Just so everyone knows, I've decided to take part in Camp NaNoWriMo. This is an 'official' spinoff of NaNoWriMo, and takes place in July and again in August (I'm not sure that I have it in me to go at it twice in a row, but who knows...)

I may delay any writing or posting of My Mistake or Emma's Story until Camp NaNoWriMo is done, but I may not do that either. We will have to see.

Once upon a time, when I received a PM on the site, I got an email to notify me of the message. Now adays, I get a notification when I'm logged in, but not in my email.

Not complaining, just kinda wondering... I get way too much email as it is...

I've found it useful to keep track of blogs and what not that I've replied to, just to see other comments. But I've noticed that almost all of my stuff says 'upadated' or in some cases 'new' and the stuff is neither one. It's been that way since my name change. Not really critical, but I was kind of wondering why it did that and hasn't reset itself yet...

Just so everyone knows, I have changed my name from Kayla Smith to Samantha Jenkins. I feel that Samantha fits me better than Kayla (and not to mention that since my Zodiac sign changed to a sign that fits me better than Cancer (Now I'm a Gemini) I figure that I should change my name to match how I feel when I'm dressed up.)

What happens to the server...

Around 4AM EST (1AM PST)? The last few nights, I've been reading a story, invariably will finish a chapter and click the link for the next chapter and then get told that the server is unavailable... It's almost as if the server is rebooting on a daily basis...

Just kinda curious.

Link to Title page at the top of a chapter?

Something that just occurred to me as I will sometimes have my interest piqued by a story that I see in my RSS reader would be to also put a link 'up' at the top of the page as well. This way, I can just go back to a stories title page without scrolling to the bottom of the page (and potentially revealing something that I would have found out by reading from the beginning...)
