Another part of "Virtually Feminine"

I have another part of "Virtually Feminine" for you this week. My muse was kicking me to make some progress, so I finished this.
I broke a tooth today so I was in two minds about publishing it.

I can't see me having another chapter ready next week. Maybe a standalone or something next week?

Tammy

I've published the epilogue for Moving On and that is it for Tammy for a while - but at least you get a bumper 10k words chapter!
Once again, many thanks to Snowfall for her wonderful help with the Moving On series.

My plan now is to work on a story involving some characters called Heather and Sophie and set it in Cornwall, how does that sound? The odd short story might also appear.

No TR this week :(

My apologies to all of my readers who were looking forward to Twice Removed this week, but circumstances have made it so I can't post it this week. I've been unexpectedly busy the last few days and haven't really had the time to finish the chapter. Add to that the fact that I've been having trouble sleeping again the past 2 nights and well, I could push to finish it for today, but doing so would be a rush job and not up to my usual standards.

Stone

I know my latest serial is not as popular as my earlier ones, but there are about 500 readers per chapter. Today I drove an hour each way to the nearest Apple store to learn that the hard drive has died. I lost all my stories, but the only real loss was the next chapter, half written and two future stories.

OK, I'm at it again. Need editors/proof readers.

Hi All,

Some of you may have read an off hand comment by me about regretting that I couldn't publish one of my first stories because I'd sold the copyright to Reluctant Press. Piper PMed me and suggested that I contact the CEO and talk with him about regaining the copyright. I'd have been willing to pay for it, considering I got paid for it when I sold it.

It's done! The final part of Stick Her Shock 2 is posted.

It took longer than I expected and turned out longer than I expected too. Not everyone will be happy with how things turned out but it's what the characters dictated.

On Sunday night I will delete all of part 2 to prepare it for sale on Amazon.

In the not too distant future look for more from Rhonda Peters and the JFRV gang.

need someone to bounce ideas off of

so I stumbled upon an idea and what started originally as a one-shot may be growing, and so I need someone to help me out here. I need someone to talk to, to bounce ideas off of, get input, get feedback and help craft this thing. It's going to be a modern urban fantasy-ish/ pseudo sci-fi-ish thing, where something in our mundane lives causes a fantastical change in a character and how they deal with it. Please PM me if you're up to it pls.

Removing the episodic feel

For those that read it, I"ve decided to remove the episodic endings of each chapter and to change them to normal chapters not episodes. I tried an experiment and it fell flat, so I'm sorry for those who were put off by it.

Looking for a story

Some might be a mix of other stories? but what is in larger emboldened font is certainly part of the story

Can't remember if set in UK or US

Protagonist is rich, (not sure if inherited of self-made), large property, in-laws live in cottage\house on border of property

Marriage breaks down when Protagonist 'Comes-Out' as TS, and is hounded out of town

Protagonist visits a shop regularly, might be a salon, the owner begins to have financial difficulties,

Greetings all,

Anyway, everyone have a lovely weekend Ill see yall when I get back.

*Hugs*

Something different this week

Now that 'A Christmas Party' has come to an end I have the opportunity to release the next part of 'Virtually Feminine' continuing on from where Julie from HR revealed that someone had sent a letter accusing Andy of wearing women's clothes...

Moving On

The final part of Tammy's book "Moving On" has been published although there may be an epilogue to this book.

This does not mean that Tammy's story has finished, only this part! After the epilogue, however, there will be a break before new Tammy whilst I work on other projects.

Many thanks to Snowfall for all her help during the series.

Casey Brooke - offline for a while

Dear friends,

My life is taking a bit of a turn for the better. I was just offered an excellent job but it will mean all those pending stories I have to finish will be further delayed as I move, settle, and orient myself in my new job.

I’m not dead and haven’t found my magic transformation pill yet so I still need to write to keep my brain from screaming at me.

Hope you are all doing well,
Casey

New Artwork

Hey Bailey fans! Just finished adding title artwork to Seasons of Bailey: Autumn! Each part has a different image. Feel free to check it out, and drop me a message if you'd like. Let me know what you think. I'm working on Winter and Spring artwork right now. Eventually will be posting new chapters to All American Bailey as well! So stay tuned.

Wedding Belles?

I am about a fifth of the way through the actual writing of the next Masks story. (10k words out of an estimated 50k.) The first part is a flashback to shortly after the demon invasion. Then the story jumps forward to mid-2019.

As I was writing the second - and by far the largest - part of the new story I realized there were things which happened between Masks XXII and this one which might be of interest to readers. Such as Vic and Energia graduating with their Masters' degrees, and Gadgetive getting her Doctor's. Then there's the wedding of Vic and Michelle...

I've posted the final part of A Christmas Party

I've posted the final part of my story today. It's longer than the other parts and includes some things people have been asking about... including a seduction, but I've tried not to be too explicit.

When I got to the end I was going to put "The End", but it feels more like "A Beginning". There's a lot of un-answered threads still and places these characters could go. But I'm drawing a line under everything for now.

I'm moving house soon and I have some other stories backed up. But I'm hoping to write about Bobbi and Jordan some more this year.

Camelot

After reading the latest Camelot Network Solutions I started backtracking to find out about a character I didn't remember. I discovered that #7 is not there. I tried all the usual things - forced reload, clearing the buffers, even tried on a seperate device, all with no luck. Still keeps saying a 0 word count.

Helen's Diary

Hi everyone on BC. With Momma E's letter to Helen, i feel it was a great ending to one of my longest stories i have ever writen. Oh how i wanted soooo much to keep it going but i never found anything that wasn't already addressed in the narrative. I had fun with Helen and Jo but i felt it was time to move onto something else. I left it open because 1) i wanted Helen to reflect myself a little and i am still not out of the closet so i would have literally no idea of how to proceed if she ever does come out on paper.

Looking for a few old stories

Work has been incredibly light this last month and to keep myself occupied, I've been reading old stories. Unfortunately, there are two that have been nagging at me to be read that I cannot find anywhere...

Story 1: I believe this was a lightoffury/lightivaton story where earth is being invaded by interdimensional monsters that are attuned to specific elements. The main character slowly gains control over all the elements over the course of the story while fighting stronger and stronger monsters.

Revisions and Retcons

I've been going back and reading through some of my previous work. A few glaring mistakes stood out to me that I corrected asap. Then I started noticing little mistakes. A wrong pronoun here, or the wrong use or spelling of a word. Before long I felt like changing a few things in the story overall. It got me thinking...

Brand NEW Book on Kindle

I've posted a brand NEW, NEVER BEFORE read on here book to kindle called A Light in The Darkness. Its only the first part of the book, 10 chapters but I'm REALLY excited about it. Its been a LONG time coming. I started it months ago and struggled for a while to get it done. I plan to post the second part in a few months time after this.

Here is a direct link to the store page, I'm sure someone more capable than me can clean this blog up a little better *crosses fingers* I'll also post a look at the cover too :).

Thanks in advance,
EOF

Need reviewer for novel-length story that's in work

I have a collaborator (you know who you are, and you're doing a great job!) who's helping write a new story - it's in work when I find time. Not sure if I'll try to publish for revenue (earn a few $$$) or publish it serially here.

The problem I have is that sometimes I get a little too verbose, and I need someone who can read and then say "this section or paragraph is not needed" or "tighten up the long, boring dialog" or "why don't you narrate it instead of doing the longer dialog thing?" Also any obvious "WTF? This could NEVER happen!" bits.

Better

Hey everyone,

Good news today. I am now officially off antibiotics and bedrest. I can breathe again, the cough seems to be gone, I'm not exhausted all the time, and my lungs and airways both sound good. So I can now get back to writing rather than spending most of my time in bed doing nothing but driving myself slowly crazy with boredom. I'm hoping that next week I'll be able to get back into my regular posting schedule, or at least close to it, though I am still trying to take it easy as I do that so I'm not getting sick again.

I am sorry

I was so very wrong, I am so sorry. I understand why people ask for kudos and comments now. It's so depressing when you have tons of reads and no comments or anything.

I didn't realize how upsetting it feels when you work so hard, research like hell, make sure to not be racist in your depictions of monsters, even do tons of research. Even doing things like the EXACT temperature that was there when it was that time period and people still don't care.
