Louis Huey and I
Another great Bru story, I didn't see that one coming.
Time is the longest distance to your destination.
Emma did :)
But as I said in that comment there were red herrings.
Awwwww . . . .
I’m feeling all dewey. :)
Fun story, Bru! I’m feeling clever, because I actually figured this one out. But the best part of the story was the very real and human connection between Louis and Mary. Well done.

There were clues
but also red herrings.
The trick is to know what is what and this time you did.
Loos like he can no longer deny...
being a Queen, especially since they were married BTW The King.
Fortunate that I didn't remember that
Consciously working in the King would have overloaded the stroy.
And note that Louie/Louis didn't correct Mary once they were married.
completely lost me
I had to look up king Louie to have it make sense.
I admit, I used cultural references not known by everyone
I'm from the generetion that watched Disney's Jungle Book when a small child (and then the part with King Louie every Christmas).
I hope it wasn't a complete loss to read the story anyway.
The Celebrant
Was also a king. What delicious irony!
