Likes like Nably is going to find out personally what it feels like to be stomped on, as he has been doing to others for so long. He may as well remain in prison once his time is up, because he is not going to have anything waiting for him on the outside, because it will all be gone.
I do believe that Tessa will be putting it all to some very good use once she finds out just how much money and property it is.

Nably made 1 HUGE mistake
He pissed off the QUEEN!!! Tesa doesn't mess around when you mess with her, her people, her park are all no no''s but hurt or kill her charges (aka the kids & guests in her park) THAT'S A DECLARATION OF WAR!!!! I know Princess Nicole couldn't have a REAL alagator but feeding Nably to the gator, or letting the gator have a small pice of him below the waist would be JUSTICE served in my book.
Hmm mm homeless shelters with all of Nably''s properties perhaps? I look foward what Tesla has in store for them.

Chapter Nabley got his just desserts and in spades he really was stupid going into the park ?
He must have felt the restraining order did not apply to him?
And the hate group and their leader what a load of lemmings? Tessa put them in their place with just a few sentences and put them in their place.
Old Mac certainly got a true reward for his help some place to call home and more .

I can see perhaps a foundation with a Cpl of group homes to aid LGBT youth that get thrown out for trying to be true to themselves.

Trent really is an unpolished gem. A certain beauty that isn't seen, but those looking properly know what to look for. I have a feeling the counselor will give Tessa some great advice as to the use of new assets, even if she's already got great ideas for them.
Madam Mayor, I feel, also has something to contribute though we haven't yet seen what it is.
More prison time for Nably
Nably was convicted on state charges. He can also be charged under Federal law for hate crimes and civil rights violations along with other Federal chargeses if he conspired with people from another state. Also there are assorted Federal criminal statutes under which he can be charged if any of his crimes involved electronic transfer of money. Speaking of money, the IRS was able to seize back taxes, interest and penalties under civil statutes; the Feds can also charge him with criminal tax evasion. So once he is out of the state cross bar Hilton, he could be going to Club Fed for a vacation as well.
Well I'm left wondering
about those companies that have businesses on the land Illegally rezoned by Ralph Conway, not so much for the respective businesses but their workforces, as unless the parent organisations are cleared of wrong doing ....
Queen Tessa though if I were to use a chess analogy moves more like a bishop, but still seems to be many moves ahead of everyone else.
To miss quote one of Alecia's other characters 'Conway's Crimes just keep giving!', may be it was one of Jessie's, but the quote was referring to how the LOG Party & Vassago International's actions keep causing trouble.

Did I Miss Something?
Why would Nably show up at the park himself? And why was everyone expecting him to show up? Not that he'd care about violating the injunction, but what would his presence accomplish for him? If the sabotage worked, it'd be counterproductive for him to be there and look complicit in it. If it didn't, there wouldn't be anyone there he could yell at about it.
He's not part of the church group, even though he hired them, and they're not going to do their job any better if he's present -- nor do they figure to physically protect him when the security guards try to eject him from the premises. (That's not even taking the injunction or his crimes into account; he's on private property violating park rules, which is enough to get him removed -- and he knows that.)
I suppose he could have expected the place to be so chaotic after the sabotage that the security forces wouldn't have time for him, but if so, even a dolt like him could see when he got there that it wasn't the case.

He deserves none. If his tactics had succeeded, children would have died, that makes him a worthless scumbag in my book.
In the jail systems, harming children or intending to harm them often brings what is termed as "prison justice". In many cases, these people rarely survive for more than a few months once inside the prison system unless they are held in solitary confinement the entire time.
Just drop Nably into the general population ranges, let them find out he wanted to harm kids and watch the fur fly. LOL
Hell hath no fury...
It looks like Nambly won't need his wealth, anyhow. And I don't see him getting anything but a life sentence. With the multiple attempted murder counts, I'm sure that they will be able to dig up some real murders from his past.
I'm hoping that Queen Tess will be able to use some of Nambly's wealth to make preparations to some of his past victims.

Stupid can only be stupid so long before it become idiotic. Like the morons he hired, he failed to learn anything about the parks' security and got his butt arrested for an outstanding warrant.
The AG was so right, he is a idiot. Keeping incriminating videos and emails on his computer and his shouting in front of several potential witnesses what he planned to do to the park and it's employees. He actually gives stupid a bad name.
Thinking he was going to make bail was another pipe dream he had, or was it wet dream? After hearing the charges his attorney should have waved the white flag.
Now his problem with the IRS will really put a dent in his finances. If he ends up with a penny it will be because he found it lying on the ground.
And when Tessa gets finished with him in court, and he gets out of jail in his next life time, he may find out where the closest soup kitchen is to his cardboard box in the alley.
Mac was extremely shocked that Tessa was giving him a job and place to live. Most his life he'd been treated worse than a dog, until he met Tessa. She showed him there still are people who care about others.
Ah, the religious zealots, the hypocrites. They see everyone else's faults but are blind to their own. They should go back and read about throwing the first stone.

Nably's FUBAR
Numerous criminal charges will keep him behind bars for a very long time, while the civil charges will quickly drain him of his assets. Threatening assault and murder while being arrested in the presence of ~50 Park staff and numerous visitors won't have helped him one iota. His former secretary being smart enough to take out insurance in the form of the voice recorder software adds even more to his woes. If/when he gets out, he'll be broke and find gaining meaningful employment exceedingly difficult. Ironically, he may have to rely on Tessa's charities to survive...
As the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, then only left-handers are in their right mind!
