"To the woods, to the woods"
"But my mother wouldn't like it."
"Your mother's not getting it!" Boom Boom
Sorry, Angharad. Couldn't resist it. At least you know I'm still reading your tosh. I mean your superb unmissable story. Truly, it's still hugely entertaining, though I have to admit there are times when the melodrama strikes me as funny (haha) rather than tragic. Does that make me hard-hearted? I hope not.
Seriously, thanks a lot for your time in keeping us all so entertained. It's brilliant.
Geoff
Hard-hearted, Geoff?
Does that mean you're related to Hannah, the girl from Savannah?
In your decrepitude—that almost matches mine—did you forgot the bit about only being 16, and "I'll tell the vicar!"
"I AM the vicar!"
A goodie as always, Ang, hugely entertaining.
Hugs,
Gabi

Hmmm,
And here I've been taking everything so serious. You might have something there.
I'm Glad
To hear that Stella's getting better and that nothing untoward has happened to her (yet).
I still maintain that it was mean, mean, mean of you, Ang, to end Part 423 with that suspenseful ending -- worthy of "The Perils of Pauline" or some other such melodramatic serial. That's why I put in that parenthetical 'yet' ending my last paragraph -- because I don't put it past you to have something nasty still happen to Stella, our favourite fictional female friend to our main character.
Still, that's a writer's job, to keep us entertained, and I can't complain that you've been falling down on that particular job. So, keep up the good work -- PLEASE!!??

LOL
What a cliff you dragged us over.
I forgive you for the nice bit at the end of the episode. It DID seem that Simon and Cathy were talking at cross purposes at times. I understand where Simon's comming from, as far as Stella. I've seen that kind of gallows humor. It's a way some people deal with the stress of things they have to face, but really don't want to.
Thanks,
Annette
I Agree With Annette
Simon is under a lot of pressure and Cathy is his release valve in several ways. Now I wonder about Stella and Cathy.

May Your Light Forever Shine
Simon dosen't seem happy
Is Simon next ? He's also kinda mealy-mouthed about Stella.
I shall keep repeating this line.
" A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.
Oh, and shallow-really, really shallow."
