Maybe it’s just my perception, but it appears to me that recently there have been more stories on this site which seem to revolve around forced fem, rape, and other objectionable topics and actions.

Hello all. I just re-read Maggie finson's masterful work. For the old timers, you know what I mean. For the younger generations that may not know of the Caregivers stories, I urge you all to find and read them, and re-read them. If they are not all here on BC, they are all up on the whateley site in the library except for Straycats entry, which is still on storysite. Get it. Read it. Save it off. Who knows when it may vanish, and that's the only place to find it I know of. Owner/operator. Look for it. Finson wrote several, EE Nalley originated it and did several, along with Straycat's.

It's only been a month since the school year started and being school bus driver, that means early mornings and early bed times. I'm still acclimating myself to the routine. Somehow, Friday doesn't seem like Friday until after I take the kiddies home and then I have to start fixing dinner.

To those of you who have been displeased with the turn of events in If It Was Your Husband; I apologize and ask that you bear with me as a writer. I’m trying to grow my craft. IIWYH is a departure from my usual fair in that it is edgy, not the usual fluff that I tend to write. I can see that I’m still unskilled in putting that kind of story together. This is my first attempt at a story so long that it demands to be posted as a serial.

Once again it's time to curl up with a good story. Here my short list for the near future.

Well what else can you do?

So on Monday 9am sharp, I set off to start my trip to the Jurassic coast. There was no need to rush, I had all day, besides which it was a bit windy. I headed towards the North Somerset coast before turning south to cross the western end of the Mendip, familiar roads.

The hot news from sticky Brizzle is that i've managed to complete the next chapter of Book 28 in basically one sitting (save for food and drink). Its up on Patreon now and i'll be starting the next chapter probably on Sunday!

Hi girls and boys and others. Last weekend, the UK August bank holiday, I made what has become a pilgrimage to Shrewsbury to attend the 2023 folk festival. Drove overnight to arrive early and get a better choice of camping spot.

I'm about to start posting a new story. It's entitled "If It Was Your Husband". It's the story I talked about in my last blog. After editing it now weighs in at 49,188 words. It's in twenty chapters. It is completely finished and had been out to an editor and back. It is my intention to post it two chapters at a time. That will make each post roughly 5,000 words. It will be my first time posting serial. New adventure as a writer.

The first installment is due to go up tomorrow and it is my intention to post every Friday for the next ten weeks.

Oh for some less changeable weather.

Well it could've gone either way!

Most of my stories end up being somewhere in the 17K to 20K word range and I've always posted them in a single posting. But I just finished a story that comes in at just over 49K.

I've never posted a serial before. I have the ablity to do an interactive table of contents. So it would be easy enough to break it into chapters for folks to read. That would give them the ablity to read as many chapters as they wanted and then come back to it later and using the table of contents pick up the story where they left off.

My muse went crazy and decided that I could write a story that takes place in London England. A challenge I've been avoiding due to the differences in the King's English and what we speak on this side of the pond. But I guess like cross-dress, suppressing your muse's desire to write, makes it grow stronger. So I've given in to the pressure. Not only have I completed one, but I have another in the pipe line and one that I've only sketched the premise in a few paragraphs for.
