Hi everyone, Debbie V here. As you may or may not know, Kris and I were very good friends, and we’d often share snippets of chapters for each other to look over, or sometimes just for fun. These snippets below are some of those that I felt deserved to be shared with the audience that loved her work so much. These are all her own words- I haven’t altered or added anything beyond a quick spellcheck. The stories are presented in rough chronological order and as such may overlap with previous ‘continuing adventures’.

The beginning

The preparations have begun for the wedding. The girls' nerves are beginning to show.

College is over! Alexa and Jenny finalize the undergraduate careers and plan for two upcoming celebrations.
And one thorn in their sides seems to finally be resolved.

Alexa and Jenny return to school following their trip to London. Decisions are made and the families react to the plans.

Christmas is upon the girls. A change in schedule has got the girls on a chaotic run as they try to deliver their gifts.

A little Pre-Christmas fun

After I wrote the London trilogy, I realized I had overlooked something. I wrote this a week ago after I looked at the schedule. While it really isn't part of the Alexa story line I thought it would be fun. Thanks again to Debbie V for allowing me to 'kidnap' a few of her characters.

Alexa's Counselor comes for dinner. Thanksgiving comes around again, but this time the new reality of life creates a new tradition.

"Perfect way to spend a birthday," Paige giggled as she walked through the vast Mall of America, hand-in-hand with her new fiancée. "Is this really the largest shopping mall in the states?"

"Yep," Jessica said with a sense of pride. "Both in floor size and number of shops. It's not usually THIS busy, though... Did you HAVE to have been born on the 5th of July?"

"Blame my parents, I had nothing to do with it," Paige giggled as she stuck her tongue out at the American woman.
