The older members of the British Legion joined in on this song , If you looked at the faces that could be seen you could see them remembering the war years and the sadness when they remember old friends and comrades.

The narrations were great as before ,The jive band followed by Lester sing the Al Bowly song

Synopsis: All of my life I believed that there was no such thing as miracles. I’ve prayed ever since I first came to understand whom and what I really was, but everything that I had known had pretty much changed over night with just six words. “You have always been a girl.” How is it possible? I really don’t know, nor do I really care. To me, it was a miracle and a gift beyond all comparison, even though I’m pretty much scared to death.

Part 5

The first part of the concert was going to involve mainly the boys who would be dressed in WW1 uniforms with a backdrop and props simulating the trenches.

As the theatre would be in darkness except for the stage I suggested that maybe we could show a few slides showing the carnage of the battlefields, and that idea met with a good reception. The theatre manager was going to add sound and lighting effects to give it some impact.

To an audience, the conductor's technique & art are the most mysterious of all the orchestra. Whether it be a world-class philharmonic orchestra, or a youth orchestra of yet-blossoming talent, only a small part of the conductor's work is visible on-stage, glimpses seen perhaps now, as a wave of the hand or baton & maybe then, as a wild dance atop the podium. And the conductor must always perform turned away from the audience, appearing to the outside world as if his or her face were hidden behind a mask…

Last time...
I didn't give her a chance to use it as I lifted the chair up over my head and brought it down on hers as hard as I could. She dropped like a ton of bricks! I held the remains of the chair in my hand for a moment, unsure if she was conscious or not, then dropped it. I grabbed the glass of milk out of the dumbwaiter and ran into the bathroom. Dumping it out, I filled it with water and threw it into the fire. It took at least ten trips, but I finally put the fire out. Once that was done I ran for it!

Marcie started to say something and then stopped and stared at me oddly. I was just about to ask her what she was staring at when she said, "You used to take compliments a whole lot better than that."
