Piss off Shekinah...
No, seriously.
First, you take away the blue light, to try to prove a point. Then, when Cathy does on living her life without it, you try to force it on her again?
I guess gods need reality checks too from time to time...
thunderstorms
makes me wonder if the very first was a natural occurence or another higher power intervention.
It must be the gods
I thought the lightning came before the thunder. I have a feeling the gods are mixing things up.

Sequencing
Not all lightning is the standard cloud-to-ground fork - sheet lightning (cloud to cloud) is also quite common, and some types are less noticeable if you're not looking at it at the time.

Step Away From The Trees, Sprightly Now!
In a thunderstorm, without shelter, you should stay away from trees and tall things. Also, try not standing on the top of a hill.

Maybe the Blue Light will hit Stella for a change.

May Your Light Forever Shine
Close lightening strikes can be terrifying.
A Nice ride around Manchester to finish off the Sparkle weekend.
If the strikes are that close they are at serious risk of being struck.
Find something like a tin shed or a car and try and sit in it. Faraday cages make the best protection.
I suspect Cathie's about to be 'tested' again and may need the 'blue light'.
Still lvin' it Angie.
Hugs.

They must be...
They must be rolling quite well, up stairs. What? Oh, rolling the bowling ball down the ally. TO get a good peal of thunder, they gotta be hitting a lot of the pens.
Interesting episodes. Hope I can read more while off on business travel the next two weeks...
Thanks,

4 year anniversery
I just wanted to say, I have enjoyed my Cathy and Company fix...for 4 years now!!I realized this, when I clicked on the "four years ago" link, and there was like, chapter 4, I think. So, I started reading it again....and, you have forgoten enough, that its still an entertaining read, but then you come upon a Stella remark: "well you arent MARRIED to him" that causes you to snicker to yourself...not yet! This has been a well written, clever, and emotional story. It makes us care for the charactors, as if they are our best friends...as I said before, my mark of an exellent writer! I selfishly hope you continue for quite sometime, with your engauging writing, clever banter, and your continuing ability to make us yearn for more! THANKS! kristyn nichols

No Blue light
and a thunderstorm make for a bad mix, If you also add in Cathys ability to attract trouble everywhere she goes, It makes you wonder just what might happen next , Lets just hope if anything does happen, its not too serious....

Looks like it is time for a shower
