Ah no!
I thought you'd understand, way I see it, it's a love thing. Sure, Des may tickle her fancy, and Simon is a boar -much to often- but she's lost her heart already to the diamond in the rough. Hmmm very rough maybe, but still.
Nah, I don't see any real thing coming between Des and Cathy, it wouldn't feel right. Not like this, not now.

Give him time. He was in a business meeting and still tried a come on. Once they get to lunch, probably at a pub, and after a tipple, his nature will come through again.

I do wonder how much of Des's "leching" is act now-a-days, cause his reputation says he must, and how much is the womanizer in him.
