It's a testament to Cathy's
It's a testament to Cathy's good nature that she didn't slug him after all that! I think I would have brought him some soup for dinner and poured it on his lap. ;)
Excellent as always Angharad, please keep it up!

Well, Simon Is A Typical Bloke
Very childish when sick. In a Brady Bunch episode, when the kids got measles, Mike said that they were drama queens, but shut up when Carol and Alice revealed that he was even worse. Maybe Mum cow and piglet are sick, too.

May Your Light Forever Shine
close call
here I was, smiling away and then Cathy does her 'bring out yer dead' bit and I flash on Monty Python and the poor old lappy nearly gets a spray of coffee. Sudoku?!! bloody hell, I'd have found his pencil and shoved it somewhere. Lovely fun ep Ang, um just out of curiosity what is the wavelength of the Aurora Borealis? Oh, um...never mind.

More Fun with Cathy!
Cathy's a real angel here. I takes lots of self control not to do damage to someone hamming up being sick. I've known people like Simon. Cathy's hu8morous approach was justified.
Now, someone else is horning in on Cathy's dormice. About time she gets back into the fray. I believe it will be the best medicine for her.
I think the name of the group should be "PEST = Peoples Endangered Species Trust".

I love your word play
Cathy and her bell, the hippopotamus, I don't know how you keep coming up with them. I wonder if that pencil could be used in place of a catherter....ouch! That'll teach him.
Immunology 101
Full kudos to you for that basic guide to immunology - and how typical for the modern world for the children to only 'get' it when they hit upon a technology / computer analogy...

I hope Cathy hasn't
spoken too soon on avoiding the flu. Enjoy the kids who are afflicted with the "Whys" and that Cathy is trying her best to be patient and support their explorations.
And why would'nt
Cathy have laughed when Simon had his little "accident" i know i would ! Silly devil ought should have got out of bed a bit qucker!!!

Bring out your dead!
But I'm not dead!
You will be soon!
Sums up how Simon was feeling pretty much. Big strong guys need to be mothered, just to remember what they lost.
Nutters' Walk in the Woods
Hi Angharad,
glad you managed to bring the Nutters into it at the end!

We have a group over here. PETA unreasonable people
I said there's nothing worse then a sick man. Simon will keep moaning until no-one responds
Good to see the girls are better.
