Wonder if the lizards have to
Wonder if the lizards have to undergo an indeterminate amount of time with pyschs before they can change sex? :) :)

Very cute way to use the information. I loved it.
Not sure where
Trish is headed. She didn't spontaneously change gender.
Lizard or fish?
Trish needs to check she isn't more fish than lizard because while at the moment she is non-fertile female some female fish (eg wrasse) become fertile males when there is a shortage.

Sorry,
I was so tired when I finally got round to writing this, I had to cut it short and go to bed.

And thank you for the effort.
I get the feeling this is the beginning of another arc.
Reptiles
We've read about various creatures developing genders according to conditions, such as incubation temperature. I hope Trish isn't about to suffer frostbite soon, after doing something foolish. Our old microwave oven is pretty roomy, but not big enough for her. Freezers, however..

Enjoy Trish's
lack of confidence in arguments whilst it lasts Cathy, Something tells me that when she has that confidence you will think back to how she is at the moment with a degree of nostalgia....

Stone curlews
I saw some in Australia, in a reserve. Said reserve was somebody's garden in the middle of Cairns!
Stone curlews
Have seen plenty of them in Spain since I wrote this, including one in the field next to the villa where we were staying.
