On our second official date-date, we went to a community pool. Even though he’d been a perfect gentlemen, I could tell he was pretty happy about seeing me in a bathing suit. Not that I minded seeing him in one either ...

This time, we held hands several times, and when he was dropping me off at home, he gave me the first boy-girl kiss of my life.

Take Three Girls. This is about 2 girls and one woman (myself) and their very different route to become the women they knew they should be. It was going to be called Take Two Girls, but an on line friend (she knows who she is) and the girls bullied me into the name change. Some poetic licence has been used to help the flow of the story but not very much.

This part of the story deals with the aftermath of the violence and sees Kate finally emerge a stronger and more complete and in some ways complicated person. You will notice that these chapters are being posted more frequently - this is down to me as I have to get this out of my system.

*Before…

Dad nods. “Well here’s thanking those that look out for us and we’re thankful for the things we have both on the table and around it and guys…we’re thankful to the ladies for making everything aren’t we?”

There’s a chorus of thanks and agreement and Mandy’s beaming and then we all start passing food and plates and Mom starts us off by asking about our days.

Dad…he looks happy like this is the way it’s supposed to be and Mary Jane’s all content looking too with this sort of want/need/missed this expression and I get that and Mandy actually has the same expression only a bit more wistful looking and it reminds me that there’s a lot going on and not more than likely with my friends and I really do have it pretty good.

*And Now…

Kate’s traumatic path to woman hood continues and reaches what proves to be a dramatic finale. My own relationship with Carl subtly changes and Victoria - well her progress is much smoother than Kate’s.

I woke up, and walked over to a mirror that was above my vanity.

And was shocked to see that I was once again Mathew, and not Fiona, but still walking.

But I was still wearing the nightgown from last night.

Before I could process this, Mom came into the room, and said, “Its time for you to put on your dress for church.”

“But ...”

“No buts! You promised, and a promise is a promise.”

I numbly went over to the dress, and then I was wearing it.

For Friends and Family. Andy is looking for a new challenge, his current girlfriends sister has suffered a nervous break down, Andy is very similar in both size and looks, agrees to be changed into a Nichola look alike.
This is a dream for Andy who has a secret desire to live and work as a woman. In this chapter the new Nichola starts work and confronts a misogynist.

Victoria’s life is progressing really well her parents have come to terms with her condition and are giving their daughter all the help and support she needs. Helen and I have a talk and to keep the peace at home Kate stays with me at the weekends. On Kate’s 14th birthday Carl and I share a kiss

*Before…
Lucy asks… “Uhm…what’s going on what’s with the…uhm… this?”
Mary Jane looks at me with this sort of sad for me and I love you smile all rolled into one which just pushes me towards tears really easily and it’s like super hard to keep them back. She side eyes towards Lucy and I nod and she slips her arm around Lucy’s shoulders and leads her to the girl’s bathroom.
“Let me tell you about my best friend.”
I’m just sort of there clenching and unclenching my hands and biting my lower lip…I’m really emotional and really nervous right now because they’re all going to be talking about me…
The day’s half done…the day’s half done.

For a while after that, I floated in lights.

I can’t really describe it, it was just ...

The woman who had changed me was there.

Tears started to pour from Tracy’s eyes and she began sobbing for now, out of fear. Fear of being taken away from her mother. The more she sat there, the more she wished she had never come with her mother. The more, meant more of the customers looked her way.

Eva had left the counter, as there were no other people at the counter. Even though she had questioned Tracy’s reason to be there, seeing the girl cry was more than enough reason to go to her rescue. She went to the booth where a now scared Tracy was. “Her mother is in the cooler, right now, grabbing more lettuce. She has the papers to show she is home schooled. Tracy has been here for the morning, but she and Grandma Leone were upstairs, doing her school work. Tracy came down for lunch and her mom should be off of work soon.”

For Friends and Family. Andy is looking for a new challenge, his current girlfriends sister has suffered a nervous break down, Andy is very similar in both size and looks, agrees to be changed into a Nichola look alike.
This is a dream for Andy who has a secret desire to live and work as a woman. In this chapter after Amy comes out of hospital Nichola gets a phone call that means she has to go public earlier than was expected. And Amy and the new Nichola have a truth discussion.
