Sue Brown has asked me to tell you that there will be a few slight delays to forthcoming chapters of Changes and Football Girl for the time being, because her mother is ill in hospital and she has gone to be near her.

I've been served with papers and need someone to advise me. Trans-friendly of course, sharp and thorough but preferably not out for blood. I'd know just who to go to if I lived in Penmarris Cove, but though I feel like it at times, I'm not a character in a Susan Brown tale.

I was wondering if anyone knew when the next installment of "You Have All Wrong, Amy's Story" will be posted. I get excited when I see Chris W or Sara U.K logged on. I was kind of worried that something might have happened to them because it usually doesn't take this long for a new one to show up.

I began HRT while still receiving Social Services assistance. I was initially diagnosed by my therapist and then had it confirmed by a shrink who, while not necessarily agreeing that I was a good candidate for SRS, still started me on hormones and T-blockers.

Who in their right mind would have thought that I'd still be scribbling away at Cathy's trials and tribulations, two years after writing what was going to be a blog about getting soaked to the skin while out riding on Dolly (the picture of the bike at the end of most episodes) in a thunderstorm. Instead, I turned it into what was primarily a comedy romance, which evolved into an adventure story and finally into a soap - exploring some of the issues of being transgendered/ transsexual, and trying to live a normal life as a female.

Does anyone know a bit of Scots Gaelic?

I'm having trouble with a name: Ash Geo Mor, the name of a shallow cove, or possibly a sea stack, or skerry, near the village of Lybster in Caithness.

First of all I would like to thank those of you who have taken the time to comment. I really do appreciate the effort you take to pull me out of my depression. I am in a bit of a quandry. There are five more postings to be made and my wonderful spouse and I are leaving this continent in five days. My original goal was to post "Five Love Stories en Brochette" before we left; however, time may make it difficult to do so. I might check out how to do the delayed posting. There is another option. I could stop posting and pick up after we return in the first week of August.
