Just one question: Is he just a MCP—nah, not Sam—he’s a nice guy. What does MCP stand for? Mad Cap Physician? Probably not Microsoft Certified Professional! It's a term that AFAIK hasn't been previously used in this series.

The good doctor has a good reason to be rattled. He has come
across events that cannot be rationally explained. I am into
science but I have always left the door open to the possibility
that some events cannot be explained because we do not have
the tools to measure and record the event, and those events
have not been put in some kind of theory that explains the event.
What I found interesting was the comment, "a male with secondary
female characteristics," if this is true what compelled her to
obtain those secondary characteristics. What drives her to be
a mother if not some force that cannot be seen, measured
or explained. What causes Simon to see only a beautiful women.
I am not an advocate for sex change but if there is something
there that is so compelling it cannot be ignored then others
need to listen.
