As with most teenagers, because they're given a bit more freedom than younger children, they desire to be given complete freedom to go where they want and do what they please, and are disappointed when reminded they're not adults yet and their activities are subject to limits.

I guess we're about to see how much or how little Julie has grown up and matured.
In the past, whenever she's had a difference of opinion with Cathy (and Simon), her response has been out of proportion with the original situation. I'll be watching with interest to see what happens this time.
