The Blue light
Seems to heal where healing is needed. Perhaps Trish losing her testicles is tantamount to healing the flaws in her body. She was meant to be all girl but the plumbing mistakes needed to be repaired, that is healed. The blue light only seems to heal.
That's my two penneth anyway.
