It’s Friday and I’ve been at school now for three weeks and I’m on my way to see the principal Mr Giles as I’ve been summoned, but at least I know I’m not in trouble.

They used to tease me at school and called me “Stunty” because I was small. It was like my growth was stunted all over – not just height but weight too. And I was slow to puberty. Stunted development – stunted all round, so they said, but when you are small you learn to handle things with humor, or at least that worked for me. I guess I just decided to turn my nickname on its head and learn to live with it. So, I decided to seek my fortune as a stunt man in Hollywood.

I walked into my apartment, dropping my bag on the bed and just sat down, finally home and released from hospital. Well, kinda released. With a title like this, it shouldn’t be a surprise that I was inspired by a recent blog post (Ecc. 1:9)

As in all single-sex schools the boarding school I went to faced the problem when setting up the annual school play that most plays usually have both male AND female parts.

I and the rest of us in Drama class waited for the Drama teacher to allocate the parts. I surreptitiously loosened my tie. I hated my school uniform and in particular that noose.

I stood in the dock shaking. What had I done? The end-of-term disco should have been just a fun time for everyone. Someone had spiked the punch. We were all over 18 and could legally drink, but the headmaster decided he didn't want unruly behavior.

Over the last two weeks since they’ve let me sit outside, well, I would love to say they were a whirlwind of excitement and activity, but instead they were pretty much the same every day. Each morning I was measured, everyday there were a least two test procedures carried out, and still no answers. The only bright spot, and I do mean only, is that every couple of days I would bump into the hot teacher outside, and while he still gave me a lady boner as Jackie put it, the wetness was less intense now. But the throbbing, my god, that seemed to last for an hour afterwards.
