Once upon a time, I expected most of my stuff to receive double figures in comments and vie with the best in the then voting system. Things have changed and sometimes I only get a handful, although my core readership remains about the same so I still enjoy entertaining them with my scribbles.

Anyway, some brave souls in Alaska do an annual walk in women's shoes to highlight sexual assaults on women. I should say, they're all men and they walk a mile.

Archaeologists in the Czech Republic have discovered an unusual Bronze Age burial, where a man was buried like a woman. Of course the Daily Wail has made the most of it with the usual sort of nonsense, but the pictures and the facts which haven't been distorted are interesting.

Sorry, left early to see my daughter and ex this morning and got home too late to make it a good idea. Apologies to my regular readers, but I had a nice day out. It was quite funny how we still fit stereotypes - I fixed up some curtain poles and repaired her shed window while she shortened some jeans for me. The only difference being, I could have done my own jeans but she couldn't do the DIY stuff.

Then had a couple of hours playing mall bunnies with my daughter followed by dinner with her and my ex and the long drive home in the dark. In the words of the prophet - I am knackered.
