Hello everybody,
The following is a story loosely based upon the theme present in the feature film Zerophilia. It contains none of the same characters, but a similar plot. I caught the film on Showtime the other night, and chances are if you're on this site as a reader/writer you'd love this movie. This story is intended to be a chapter one for a serial story, and I welcome participation from any author on this site. If you have ideas for the plot, write them out and post them as a follow-up chapter with my blessing.

That part of the human strane that raised 'it' ,were known as the overcommer. A people whos toughness out lasted other humanbeings and to earn them the title of overcommer. The family of overcommers wanted a girl as they had 40 sons and no daughters to date. After having more babies they had no baby girl yet. Danny recoiled. Pearl had told him he was a girl because he could see the pink mist around the lamppost, and now he was seeing pink mist again, around a letter that hadn't been there moments before. He wasn't a girl! At least the last time he'd stood to piss he wasn't. He snuck a hand down to check and felt the familiar bulge and was reassured till he looked in the mirror and saw the made-up face, hair, and shoulders of a person who looked disturbingly like Cristina Aguilera, definitely a girl. What the hell was going on!? He tried once again to change his face back to a more masculine look by reaching for the makeup remover. Blinkswitch! He found himself with a piece of paper in his hand and the opened envelope on the vanity. Glancing in the mirror and seeing no further feminization, he decided not to push things and read:

Danny Sweet finished his quick shower and dried himself off, spending extra time on his thick long hair, well long for a boy anyway. He was feeling much better except for his odd vision problem with mirrors. Danny read a lot and was particularly fond of fantasy and science fiction.
