Bill’s wife has had enough of him bugging her to wear sexy clothes, so using Hugglebugs technology, she gives him a chance to see how it feels to dress that way. In the the process, they gain a deeper understanding of each other.

I got sent this the other day by my friend Anne. Unusually for her she was reticent to post it; she is usually quite straightforward about such things. Knowing the bare outlines of what likely inspired it I was touched and slightly troubled. A close friend of hers is fighting breast cancer, hopefully to win as best she can.

This was inspired, if that's the word, by the waiting… in an anteroom of an oncology ward. A place where courage is simple, yet beyond what most, fortunately, will ever need to approach.

He knew the routine, having had it drilled into him over the years. Her doggedness was unrelenting and just the sound of her voice was enough for him to spring into the proper healthy posture. Standing up tall, he squared up his chin and drew his shoulders back. Then he thrust out his chest just as he had been taught to stand at attention at the academy. The subtle difference was the added rocking of his pelvis forward that caused his heels to rise up off the floor.

Dan Arsenault's 50th birthday bash is an extravagant affair and Emma meets an old friend. She now has to cope with a boy friend, a guy who's a friend and a job, too.

Emma finds she has more people who love her than she realises ... but will that be enough?

Emma becomes a permanent resident in Julia and Pris' apartment, but finds relationships becoming more confused ... and the music goes on.

Mike comes to terms with Blaha's therapy and even begins to appreciate the changes. Steve certainly does.
