Brandy’s family had pressed charges and the guy had been arrested, but the crooked high price lawyer he hired to represent him in court. The lawyer twisted the facts of the case and made her friend’s sister look like a common streetwalker. Aylin had played the game their way, but now
it was time for them to play the game her way.

This submission will be in ten parts. All are completed. Any errors are mine and I will gladly accept constructive criticism; as long as you’re nice.

The story begins with The Wizard meeting with the raccoon family we met in the previous story, “Marti and the Doppelganger.” This story is also a follow up to the stories of Wanda, Tamesha, Penny, and Sidney. We only know what happened to Sidney. We haven’t actually met Sidney until now.

Tom has started to come to terms with the loss of his balls. Some progress is being made in trying to get evidence against Justin but it is going too slow. Justin retaliates brutally against Tom and nearly breaks him. Some good news for Sam but the strains continue. Tom finds a man to target for the wager.

Everything was going according to plan for a while. Then it all came unglued. Karen's lawyer located them in one of the interrogation rooms. Loran was furious. How could this guy be waiting for them before they got there? "I’m telling you counselor. Stay out of this. I will slap you with a federal suit for obstruction of justice."
