Chapter 59 After dinner chat

Sally looked a little sad when I’d recognized James mobile number on my missed calls.

I didn’t feel inclined to call him back straight away because dinner was ready. So to make Sally more comfortable I said I hadn’t heard from him for a few days and it could wait.

I wanted to do this so that she felt better. She was becoming part of our family and we were becoming very close.

"Here. Take my hand." The Sarge smiled at him thankfully and took the hand Jake offered him to make the huge step over the rocks. Jake pulled his comrade over; it was surprisingly easy. The man seemed to weigh almost nothing. The only problem the young soldier had to face was getting a good grip on Sarge’s hand because the sleeves of the man's uniform seemed to hang loosely and several inches over his hands.

Chapter 15

This is a fan fiction set in the Firefly/Serenity universe created by Joss Whedon. In the first part of FIREFLY: CHANGING COURSE, Wash thinks about where she came from and what she's going to do now, and gets advice from an unexpected source.

Janie Lewis and I were the best of friends ever since the first day of Preschool and we did everything together. So many times we would hear people say "Those two are almost like conjoined twins" It seemed like it too. Our mothers would have to promise that we would get to go to each others houses the next day to ever get us to go home. I would play with her toys when I was at her house and she played with mine when she was at mine. I always wondered why my toys weren't the same things Janie had, but I was afraid to ask.

"Drink, drink, drink!" I tried my best but after some seconds I had to push the tube away from my mouth. I coughed and wiped my mouth with my arm. Some beer was spilling on the floor while I joined the laughter of the others.

Chapter 54 Two sisters together

‘Exactly what do you recall?’

‘Well she said that they had thought I was dead and then Aunt Judith passed away and at the same time I seemed to stir as if I’d come back to life…..do you believe that really happened.’

‘Yes it is possible . But doctors were in the middle of an emergency operation and they could have just made a mistake. But what else did she say before that?’
‘I can’t remember exactly.’

‘Come on girl think. What did she say? ’

Synopsis:Sarah finely meets with Steve Granger, and has to admit he is not quiet the monster that Anna’s files said he was and over the next three months Steve trains Sarah and helps her hone her skills. The time has finely come for Sarah and Steve to take back their lives.

Cale’s waiting paid off an hour after dusk. The lights on the third floor flicker out in the adjacent inn. Soon the two girls would be fast asleep; a few drops of crushed night weed and the two would never awaken. A painless death, it was the least he could do.

Chapter 51 A family chat

I didn’t say anything else for a while and soon as I stared out of the bus window I saw that we were approaching our destination.

Neither of us seemed to want to ask the next question but eventually as we reached Grans’ front door I turned to mum.

‘Mum my dad is my real dad isn’t he?’ She paused to search for the door key and passed it to me to unlock the door.

‘Yes dear he is. I realized today that you knew. Did he tell you when you met him’

Chapter two:

Yet another girl came into the room and introduced herself. “Hi, I am Lilli, and these are for you.” I was honestly thinking that I must be the new attraction as so many different people came in to gawk at me. Not to say I didn’t gawk at Lilli, she was short, I mean real short, but not a child, not with those breasts, and shockingly bright pink hair.

I unwrapped the package, a pair of panties, sports bra, and sweat suit. All in pink, all bearing “Hello Kitty” logos. “You have to be kidding!”
