I first noticed him standing there and thought he was alone but didn't look long enough to be certain. The next time I took the time to get a better look there was a woman in red standing next to him. They were both removed, maybe a hundred and twenty or thirty feet away, not directly involved in the grave side services but both obviously sneaking glances at the activity.

The Wish

The genie said he’d be granted a wish.

Instantly he knew what it would be.

Smiling happily for the first time he could remember, with a voice hushed and breathless, he asked.

"I'd like to know what it's like being a girl."

The genie laughed and vanished.

Little .... Buddy?

Little .... Buddy ?

“Skipper, can we talk?”

“We are talking.”

“I have a question but I dont want you to be mad. Can you try not being mad for me?”

There Is Nothing

Wow, so I guess this was sort of what many may call a rant. Following one's muse perhaps, and just letting it all pour out. Although there is a story deep inside this tightly drawn affair, I present this to you as only words on a screen. Its meaning or whatever you take from it is solely down to you, the reader.
To me it is a gasp, a reach out, a comfort to he or she who may not even exist. Then again, maybe they do...

Enjoy or loathe. I love it all the same as I seek not praise but recognition.

"What's wrong with what you're wearing? They look sexy on you–" Then, as if realising something, he cringed and his eyes got big.

"I-it was a joke–"

"GET OUT!!!"

Author’s note. If my last story was about the positive side of parenting, this one is a look at the other side. Please be careful reading this.

A little something I wrote a few years back...

Some people's children...

I've mentioned a friend's daughter, J, before. She's more than a bit headstrong, has not so standard interests. When she gets a bit older I'm going to have to talk to her mother about introducing her to a few people. For the safety of any boyfriends she may have!

Her latest escapade wound up being self-punishing. Seems she and a few of her friends found a piercer who was willing to overlook the fact that they were underage.

Demon Slayer 01

I remember the old days; I was carefree and enjoying life. I used to go by the name of Jacob.

“Reboot” Redux

“I come from the Net. From systems, people, and cities, to this place.

Mainframe.

My format? Guardian. To mend and defend.

To defend my new-found friends. Their hopes and dreams.

To defend them from their enemies.

They say the User lives outside the Net, and inputs games for pleasure.

Nobody knows for sure, but I intend to find out ....

Reboot!”

Bikini Beach — The Coup
ElrodW

A secret service agent comes to the park with a very serious problem that will take Bikini Beach's special magic to solve. The problem is that it's very high-level politics, where the big boys play for keeps. Does Grandmother want to get involved, or can she afford not to?

(Note — the character Michelle Thompson has an oblique reference to "Bikini Beach: The Senator", but never appeared in that story. There is potentially another story to tie the two together. Some minor hints are given as to the reason this character knows Bikini Beach. Rachel Warren and Brett Williams are both directly from "The Senator".)

This is a new, never-before-published Bikini Beach story. It is a little different than any stories I've written in the past. I hope you enjoy.

Based on significant and STRONG reader feedback, I have restored this original version, but added a new alternate ending. Take your pick.

Si(gh)lliness: Send In The Clones

"When one creates a song, one should remember to get one's song copyrighted" he mused, "-wait! Is 'copyrighted' a word? And does one damage oneself's credibility when one uses 'one' too often?"

A cute little christmas song

I was thinking the twelve days of christmas song last night and this what came to my mind.

On the first day of Christmas,
my parents left for to me
A pair maryjanes under the tree

For My Son’s Sake

Author's note: This is based on the news story out of Germany of a man who decided to wear skirts because his son enjoyed them. Let me know what you think of it, okay?

It started when my son was still a toddler. He developed a fascination with women’s clothes, especially dresses and skirts, and soon started asking to wear one.

After some thinking, I got him skirts and dresses, and he seemed very happy in them.
