The Curse of Rebecca Anne Stewart or There's No Such Thing As Witches Chapter 18

Chapter Eighteen
Witches Honor

Tichiba nodded and tried to collect herself. She was shaken and both physically and emotionally spent. “All those years, I told myself I was doing this to protect but all I did was punish.”

She shook her head and then looked at Samantha and Jenna. “As Queen, we do not say we're sorry, but as a foolish old witch who was once a foolish young witch, we are sorry we let our own suffering cause us to make others suffer. Taking Samantha's hand in hers. “We will still be watching your mortal marriage and your training for Tabitha as we will any witch who marries a mortal, especially a witch who one day I hope will wear this crown, but curses and trials and this Council's prejudice is over.”

“”Seven”, Endora corrected her.

“Actually I was six”, Samantha set the record straight
