The Distant Queen

This story is mainly about a romance between two young women who are from two different worlds. It's a fantasy story with some adventure but there are no mythical creatures and there isn't a lot of magic. It's really a sweet and tender romantic comedy with a mostly happy ending.

Author's note: This story starts slowly. It takes several chapters to create the setting and background. The romance just barely begins in chapter 4 and doesn't start to blossom until chapter 6. Please be patient. Please? :)

Prince Charles was heir to the throne. At his christening, three of the four fairy protectors of the Kingdom (the kind with wings and wands) appeared to give him the customary blessings for a future king. The fourth fairy sister, arriving late from partying all night with the elves, mistakenly believes the baby is a girl and gives her the blessing of being a happy bride. Can the fairy magic be undone? Will the prince grow up to be a queen of one kind or another? This is the LAST CHAPTER and it is a SPOILER. To enjoy the story, I strongly recommend that you read it from the beginning.

I have sometimes found myself wondering if vampires have problems with the hems of their cloaks fraying, as they glide along with the fancy, satin, floor-length item trailing behind. It seems to me that some type of ball-bearing system, offering both weight, to assist in the dramatic drape of the cloak, and protection, from the ground upon which they are dragged, may be a good idea (ignoring the noise that would make the whole appearing from nowhere more difficult). So it was not surprising that last night this thought crystallized into a Far Side like vision of some salesmen, knocking on the door of a vampire’s castle, with the caption, ‘Rex Simpson, door-to-door salesman of the Heminator-5000.’ And though this story has nothing to do with that vision, it did lead my mind to wander in this direction, rather than letting me go to sleep.

I apologize that this isn't the full part 5 as I would like it to be. It has been more than a month since I posted part 4 and work has been causing me massive losses of writing time as well as my broken arm causing me problems. I had to have surgery last week in order to repair the massive break in my wrist.

The spirits of swirling sparks and lights seemed to be her only ally and although the dark clouds and thunder above threatened...

Returned to the North, still conjoined with Sandrelessa, it is time for Drake to resume his interrupted studies. After a summer of learning more about what he had always dreamed of becoming, it was almost possible to forget what he had become.

If only everybody else were so able to segment him into his various selfs.

For readers of my past work, I should tell you that this is an incomplete story, as of this moment. I am working on other chapters, and will post them once I get the entire thing done.

This is a story about love and hate. It is a sad story, but it has an important message, and it's not all sad.

Chapter 5

After changing and walking to the canteen the group saw Richard with, a now very defiantly, Nicole and Jane sat at one of the tables. They seem to be looking at something on a tablet style computer. Jaboc was walking out of the food run with Ithian who had his arm in a cast and it also looked as if he had his left shoulder bandaged.

Alright, first off, this was originally a bio for an RPG character for the online forum RPG MSF High, baised off the webcomic of the same name. It was suggested by a friend of mine that I put it up here as it is still TG-Fiction and a damn good piece. (According to her) So here it is. It takes place on some random world, and you may not get a joke or reference here and there, but you should basically understand it. Not too much dialogue until the end, but it really doesn't need too much.
