Two weeks, Marisa! I’m feeling a lot better physically. I have almost no pain now, except when I move around too fast. I can go to the bathroom on my own now (yay!), and therapy is going a lot better. I still have a long way to go, but I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Chapter 55 Decisions, Decisions what to do?

‘Oh, I hope it’s good news.’

‘Well sir it does seem like we’ve traced the culprits and the police are now involved. The good news is that your account has been credited by the full amount but in future there will be a tighter control in place so the downside is this may cause some inconvenience for a while.’

But what happens if it is someone that I may know who had a motive? How can I be sure that they won’t try again? Are you sure that you found the people who did it?

"Drink, drink, drink!" I tried my best but after some seconds I had to push the tube away from my mouth. I coughed and wiped my mouth with my arm. Some beer was spilling on the floor while I joined the laughter of the others.

"Eh, Marc. Your planing on making my birthday my death-day, aren't you?!" I gasped with a grin.

As he dropped his head one of the nurses said she noticed you move again so they managed to recover you. It was as if you’d come back to life.’
