“If no get hand where need go I slapping you.” Malachai stated to the worker she had been assigned to work with.

Or at least that’s what she hoped she had said to him. Learning a new language was always tough. At least this manner of speech seemed easier to learn than Americanized English had been. She was also having a much easier time of it than Felix was, much to her companions consternation.

"Don't give me any of that piffletwat!" I stormed. "You were laughing at me, you jerq!"

“Petey’s tough. She plays football.”

“Maybe I’m pregnant?” she whispered in my ear before nibbling on it.

“Jonny gots bitsy feet,” Linda told Turkle. “But not littler than mine!”

              “No.  Damnit.  Not that.”  A pause then.  “N-ee-ko-el-ah-ss.  Neek-oh-las.”

“I’m hundry,” Linda informed me. “Donna said you would make hopgakes for us.”

I managed to escape without going back through the boys’ locker room

Things came slowly into focus as Chris swam up from the realms of unconsciousness. It seemed dark beyond his closed eyelids. Strangely he also felt heavy. Not an exhausted heavy, but rather the difference of being behind the wheel of an economy car versus slamming the gas of a high end Dodge Challenger.

Amanda couldn’t decide what she was going to wear to the comic con this year. This year they were bringing in some of the best comic book artists and having them interview a potential artist. She puts her portfolio together of some of her best drawings of comic book characters.

She hopes this time, she’ll get some job offers for her talent. Her parents were disappointed in her, first because she wanted to be a cartoonist. Secondly, they didn’t like the fact that she wanted to be a girl. She has always known she should have been born a girl, but she wasn’t.

Now that we are done with the Prologue, the POV will shift from individual to individual. As such, it is no longer 3rd person Omniscient but 3rd person narrative. Meaning if the character can’t see it then the story won’t show it.

The Following Week:
“I still can’t get over being my favorite actress and having a new identity.” Kara/Arnold was jogging next to Jessie as the two of them follow behind Jennifer and Cortney.

“I know what you mean, Kara. I can’t believe I’m the actress who plays Kimberly Hart from the Power Rangers.” Jessie was still getting used to being a woman.
