"Angel" Season One continues as Michael/Karen checks into a hotel in the Nation's Capital and awaits for his friend to call with good news. The anguish he faces, wondering where is family, is is too much for him to bear. That along with stress of his sudden change of life, and the loneliness he feels, prompts him to seek out a means to forget about life for a while. His first experience in the public nightlife living as Karen, he experiences for the first time many issues women have to face at the hands of men and other women.

With the Earth safe, Michael collects his thoughts and examines Kaaren's body up close before his reunion with his wife and daughter. Meanwhile NASA tries to figure out the strange set of anomalies that lead to their salvation, while the government tightens down on the truth. Beginning of the regular season of Angel.

Looking at myself I wanted to shout every expletive I knew. I tried to remember sentences and fragments of old English, but I couldn’t, only reinforcing my unfortunate predicament. It literally was all foreign to me. I’m guessing that anything I’ve learned from a later life can’t be remembered in this one. As in fact, the only thing I could remember was that I was a man.

The concluding chapter of Book 1

Funeral services will be held at 6710 Burt St. officiated by Father John Dvorak at 4PM. The family requests no flowers but donations made for the benefit of the American Society of Civil Engineers will be gratefully accepted.

The Return of the Scott

I am afraid of no man...one woman... and here she comes.

Perhaps not my final choice of title, indeed for obvious reasons “Life on Venus” sprang to mind. “Gene Hunt” is of course not my creation although perhaps “Jean Hunt” may appear?
Be gentle, this story is the first I have written in a very long time.
I will try to add additional chapters as I get around to writing them but have no idea where I want the tale to go yet. My muse and the storyline are still arguing over the teacups!

I don’t like Wisconsin today, because they almost gave me a couple of heart attacks last night… I’m looking at you John.
