I wasn’t going to start crying was I?

“What was that shit you were saying, calling me a bitch?” I demanded.

The ball popped out like a 5-cent sour cherry gumball.

Liz whispered something to Felicia, then said aloud, “Felicia is the one who will do your nails. She has the biggest nail polish collection out of all of us, which is why I figured that it was best for her to do it. She knows the colors I picked out, so you can go with her to her room to get started.” Miles did as told and walked with Felicia to her room.

“This can’t be happening,” Miles thought. “I have to wear women’s underwear for a whole week? There’s no way this is real life.”

Liz had Miles follow her upstairs and led him into her room. She went into her closet to search for something, and as she did, Miles looked around the room. It was practically the same as his, except she had a frilly pink bed and a big mirror on top of her desk, which had an array of makeup in front of it. After looking through her closet for a little while, Liz popped out with an unopened pack of panties.

Of all her sorcerous abilities, Christie's precognitive power is the one that Mom Amanda and Grandmother Rebekah are least equipped to help Christie learn. Grandfather Kim's meditation and Chi techniques have helped, but using her abilities to explore possible futures is at least a little frightening to the powerful but inexperienced young sorceress. Another recurring dream has Christie gathering her support team to find out what, if anything, her dreams warn her to do for Valerie.

As Grandfather Kim suggested, Christie spends some time meditating on her concerns before proceeding home to explain her and Charlie's actions to her Mother and Grandmother.

Christie faces the end of her trial, but even as she finds answers to many of her questions, only to uncover that not all the answers are to her liking. Her verdict will determine who will face the future. The morning after dawns shedding light on new questions. In the end, the young sorcerer must seek the advice of family and friends along with the wisdom of Sa Bum Nim, Grandfather Kim, for answers.

Visiting Valerie and verifying the previous night's shared experiences. Then Christie heads to class at the dojang where she has a minor meltdown crying on Papa's shoulder.

Ever had a weird day? Well, Christie is an emerging sorceress, and when she has one? Christie has a REALLY WEIRD DAY!!!

Finally released from the Hospital but still unable to visit Valerie, Christie tries to relieve some of her stress at the pistol range, but something is just not quite right. Christie vents a bit and then knuckles down to do damage to some targets, only to have something bite her back . . . side. Amanda tries to help but has a 'Mommy Moment' and calls her own Mom for guidance.
