Madison didn’t say anything. She stared at Kara, who was shaking with fear and nervousness. They sat that way for several minutes, barely breathing.

Kara Jenkins is an attorney whose life is going well apart from one thing, she doesn't have someone to share it with. Until one fateful day she meets Madison Roberts in the park. The two hit it off right away, and it feels like a case of love at first sight. Will their feelings for each other be enough to hold or will Kara's past keep them apart?

Stealing his thoughts, Oriel nudged van Els and murmured sotto voce,
"Tell me: have you ever seen breasts like mine? Ever?"

van Els' mouth was bone dry. "No," he croaked.

"Then if you never saw me naked, your imagination is crying out…
calling to a coincident reality, isn't it?" she purred.

Christmas is a time of giving and a celebration of family. It is also the time that Washington crossed the Delaware, the Battle of Trenton. The Tet Offensive began on New Years Eve. The Ardennes Counteroffensive, better known as Battle of the Bulge kicked off the week before Christmas.
And our unfriendly visitors have been studying human history …!

Trubinger snorted derisively. "That's a rather far-fetched worry to have, isn't it? Let's cross that bridge when we come to it — if we ever come to it!"

"No," the security officer countered in a soft, calm voice. "I've already crossed that bridge. We were searching for an intruder before this happened, and by all indications one of our Marilyns doesn't belong here."

"Maybe they’re for an alien Christmas tree," van Els joked. "They have no hooks because of anti-gravity.
Or maybe they’re ornamental. Maybe they’re pretty for the sake of being pretty."

Karen Shaw ponders whether it's worth the risk to try escaping from captivity at the isolated desert military base. But she can't do it alone. Will she find sympathetic allies who wish to blow the whistle on Project Eve 2.0? She isn't certain. But what she is certain of, is that if she remains at the base her welfare will be endangered.

It is almost Pantomime Season here in the UK so I thought that this tale might be appropriate. For those who don’t know, Panto is a wonderful chance to play roles of the opposite sex. For example, the principal boy is played by a woman etc. I wrote this tale sitting on a beach near the Island of Nose Ve (means 'Call that an Island?'), Madagascar in November 2006 while photographing White Tailed Tropic Birds.

We pull into Sutton’s beach and my heart does this OH….This is one of those times that just drives home to me that I’m in a whole new place…and that it’s a really beautiful place.
