Listening to Simon offering to behave himself in future almost had me laughing out loud. He was unaware that I had heard Stella’s call to him, telling him to pull his socks up, or else.

He... she?... wrapped her hands around the arm of her date as he lead her down the path through the park. Her sister had split off earlier for a little 'alone time' with her date, leaving the two of them to occupy themselves until time to go home. It was a gorgeous, cool autumn evening, and the falling leaves were entrancing to watch.

"Fine," was all I said.

"So why don't I believe you?" He said very quietly.

"I don't know, maybe you don't understand English."

"That's your problem, now are we going to order or discuss my relationship?"

"We could do both."

And I was right, it was a veritable feast out there, and enough for us all I might add. Sadly my two lady's found the scones almost gone by the time their dainty eating habits allowed them to search for some.

Luckily for them I had already foreseen that problem and hijacked a bowl for our private consumption. But there was a price to be paid here I decided.

Having showered the evening before, I washed down, not needing to wet my hair again. I tied it in a ponytail, and dressed very casually. I had no idea what Des would want to do–I mean with regard to the film.

There was never any love lost between me and my sister. We fought constantly as kids, and now as adults we still drove each other---and everyone around us---crazy. When our spell-slinging grandmother decided to teach us a lesson by body swapping us, our bitter feuding soon led us to a grotesque new form of combat, which before it was all over would get crazy indeed...

"You are gonna have SUCH a headache tomorrow!" laughed my sister as he started banging his head against the wall, grunting with each impact, putting a row of jagged craters into the plaster.

Smashing the nearly empty whiskey bottle across the end of the table, I raised it toward my cheek, tittering, "Gee, it's a shame what happened to your pretty face-"

We should have listened to Grandma. Terrible things can happen when you don't...

By now one could hope for some sense from this.
But where?

Larry held the door as Davey entered the apartment on the fourteenth floor of the Del Amo Hotel. A distinguished middle-aged man sat in an antique chair, a bottle of wine and two glasses near him on an elegant table.

Larry made an introduction, Davey didn't listen except to start when referred to as 'Miss Dee Dee LaTours'. It's Davey Towers, he reminded himself.
