Veteran of the South American wars where he led a unit of men that became known as Chimera unit, who controlled some of the first armored battle suits known as Warframes. Retiring from the Army Wesley eventually joined the DEHA in hopes of preventing mutants from becoming the mad men that his unit had once hunted in the South American jungles.
