I hope that I'm not the only one here with this kind of visceral nausea about this news, although I very well might be. Imagine tens of millions of dollars of data taken, and untold numbers of years of work with that data.

In certain cases such as medicine, I'd expect Artificial Intelligence to regurgitate provide useful information, although it might provide bad, wrong information as well. In other cases, such as analyzing President Biden's term as president, I would expect word salad.

I'm currently watching/playing an interactive DVD game, a visual novel. The protagonist and a time-patrol agent are currently caught between time, or in a crevice outside of time. They will only spend perhaps a couple minutes caught outside of time before returning to the protagonist's world.

The opening salvo (parts 1-4) to my original "A Bikini Beach Summer" just recently surpassed 10000 hits. It's still a distant second to "John's Living Nightmare" at 14500. Similarly, my standalone BB story, "BB: A Boy's Visit" has broken through 6000 hits.

"The Bridge" might hit 3000 sometime this year; I don't know.

It's been over two months since my previous posting of "A Bikini Beach Late Summer". This is what I didn't want to happen. The alternative, unfortunately, had already happened: it had been years, and I hadn't come close to finishing the story.
