So, it's not Room in hell 14, or Vagrants 9. Both Maeve and Mouse were watching over my shoulder as my ADHD muse was dictating this one, and both approved the delay - they think it's good enough. As long as my muse keeps nailing me with ideas, I'll keep writing them; can't help but do it that way.

Minor language warning here, these are rough people and they cuss. Not too sure about the pacing; I finished this full chapter in four hours, and chapter 2 is in progress.

CHAPTER 18
Life became almost banal after that. There is a tendency for some people, especially the younger ones, to see settled domesticity as boring beyond words. They crave adventure, excitement, action. Well, I remember ‘adventure’ being summed up by someone sensible as ‘something unpleasant happening to someone else’. It was the same with the rookies, as too many of the boys were calling the new chums in the American fashion. They came straight from training and went out hoping for a ruck, for a fight or a foot chase, while I was just happy to get home to my wife without incident.

Chapter *32*Canned Heat

The following morning's ride was pretty straightforward, no specific aims, no special requirements. Despite that it was a much more disciplined affair than when we started last week, we formed up into a rotation without prompting, no one trying to burst the pack or shying from their turn. That's not to say it wasn't a hard ride, we headed across to Glossop before turning south over some fairly tough climbs to Chapel en le Frith before heading back towards Manchester.

Well bet it isn't what you all were hoping for, but it's the best I can do; my muse had ADHD and shes driving. Working on a project that once again is not one of my other stories; hopefully I'll have enough to post it soon.

In 2019 the world was rocked by the second great depression. This one was much worse than the one in 1929 when the American president at the time said he saw one third of americans, ill-housed, ill-clad, ill-nourished. In 2021, over 50 percent of Americans were jobless and homeless. For a few years, the government of the united states and other world leaders put trillions into the world market in the form of bailouts trying to jump start the economy. All efforts ended in failure and by 2030 when the unemployment surpassed seventy five percent, they realized they had to try something new. But they didn’t know what to do. But, there were some who did have a plan. Later in 2032, the top businesses and corporations banded together, had a big meeting and came up with a plan and proposed it to their governments of the world. The plan was that the governments cede entire economic control and limited civil authority, to them and they would take the world out of the second great depression.
