Now we get to why chapter 6 of my other tale was a bit late. I debated over how to do this, and finally decided this was the best way. Surprise!
Now to the serious part. I've no idea how it works for other writers (though I have my suspicions) but for me...I hear voices; my muse brings them to me, and they yell in my ear. Min's voice was the most insistent to start with, finally leading me to actually post/publish a story for the first time in years...but min isn't the only voice my muse brings to me. Now that Min has quieted down a little, I can hear the other voices my muse is tormenting me with.
The next most insistent voices are, another Whateley academy story, and this; what I call the ballad of Fu. The other Whateley story I hesitate to even start, as it's dark. Way too dark. So dark it makes a black hole look as bright as the sun dark. I might eventually write it but...dark. Yeah.
So that brings us to this. I thought to myself, if every other writer here has their own universe(it seems), why can't I? So sit back, relax, drink a beer, and enjoy. (note, I am not much for front side exposition in a story, so if you ask what's different about this universe compared to ours, you'll get your answers, just not immediately.)
