A pair of mice have to infiltrate a cat party and find out that this week's glamour girl cat wasn't going. You can guess what happens given this season's theme.

This is the story of a high school senior that takes a part-time job for Halloween, and finds himself. I started writing this story a few years ago, and then my muse went away. I don't know if she's back or not, but I just felt that I needed to finally finish this story. It has been edited a little, but there is probably some spelling and grammatical errors in it, so please be kind. Enjoy.

Chapter 12

Kiss her.

She’s certainly attractive enough.

“The last time I kissed you Link, I had quite the reaction.”

“I know.” She smiles and dimples.

“Not that funny.”

“Did I laugh?”

“Okay, no kisses?”

I sit back sideways in the seat. “How’s about an explanation then?”

She grins and sits facing me but cross legged. “I’m called Link not just for my look but for the fact that I can feed off of your powers.”

“So you’re a Dracula.”

“I’m not a vampire.”

Was taking a break from Belle when Dottie and I chatted. Along the way she was saying that I was cruel to my chars and it was more forced femme. Well I'm gonna show her....

I ...I....I really got to think up a new thing. I can't believe I keep.. This is so not fair somehow.

Chapter 11

Jeff’s sort of recovering and Holly is shocked and wiping her coffee off the table and her face but she’s got this look there too that is all OMG this might be interesting going on.

“Rikki, my daughter’s right fricking here y’know.”

“So, it’s not like she’s got virgin ears I’d say since she’s not that freaked out and I think she’s old enough to get that two consenting people can and do have oral sex.”

“Rikki!”

Chapter 54

I can hear the sirens getting closer and closer and Brooklyn in still sobbing into my chest and I’m crying a bit too as just how close we came to losing her just now.

Kim plop falls down beside us and she drapes herself over Brooklyn and starts to cry and to slap brook on the back saying sobby cusses I think in Japanese over and over.

I hear Rayne. “Mike…here sit down before you fall down.”

“I’m okay…”

“Yeah, yeah you’re a tough guy stiff dick and all that you’re bleeding so sit down and just shut up.”

“Rayne…”

Chapter 11

I don’t really remember much from the point of where I started bawling my eyes out. Little hazy patches mixed in with other hazy red lit patches in my mind. I know that I was in Sentinels arms and crying like a woman that had just lost her mind or part of her soul but inside of myself.

I’m Darcy, curled into a ball in this place that’s like some kind of salt flats but I’m on flagstones and there’s this structure just behind me of this temple? It’s so strange because I looks like a medieval era constructed geodesic dome and that’s mixed with a lot of middle eastern designs.

Like a sort of stained glass mosque.

It’s a fun ride even just going to Sudbury heading up the highway with our tunes blasting and a lot of its girl tunes like Pink, Adele, Sarah McLaughlin and other stuff. We’re singing along and driving pretty fast for being in a van and it all sort of lent to the mood and there’s a girl yell-cheer as we see the lights of Sudbury.

Chapter Thirteen of Fourteen

Since the fire in our elementary school happened in the late summer, we all had to start this year in new schools. I was supposed to start the sixth grade this year, but since I’m one of the ‘brains’ they decided to have me skip a grade and start junior high school a year sooner.

Great, just what I didn’t want to happen. I mean I was the smallest in my class as it was; now, I’ll be the smallest in the whole darn school! Another year of utter torment, once I leave the house, get to the bus stop, the ride to school on the bus, and thankfully, quickly if at all possible into my classroom. I hope that the teacher will be there and I will be left alone. Safe until lunchtime, when again I am on the defensive until I make it into the library. Yes, I spend my lunchtime at the library, much safer and a lot more peaceful than anywhere else in school. After my so-called lunch and recess break, I wait for the last minute and head back to class. I wait with the others to board the bus; the ride home is anything but peaceful as the girls all the way home tease me.

Chapter 8

*Samantha Chase…

I sort of see the puff of Cody reappearing out under the bridge area and then another puff of him vanishing again. “Okay…I hope he’s okay and not getting himself in too deep.”

I feel a Zzzt feeling off in the distance. I say feel that because as a TM or Telemechanic I’m sensitive to electricity this was a serious discharge, and another and another. I hear a scream that goes along with it.

“Shit, shit, shit…that can’t be good.”

I’d been awake awhile and still pretty achy and sore after mom had left. I was in one of those snazzy private hospital styled rooms and stuff. I’m watching TV trying to sort of zone in on the whole being a guy thing.
