I sighed when I came down the stairs. "Okay, let's get the daily taunting over with," I groaned to Rosalyn, who was waiting to escort me to my morning classes.

The revenge continues. Though, River's plan to get Lee out of this mess, comes to fruition. With the Lee realizing the consequences of the plan, and what it means for her future.

A couple of hours after Themia was captured, I felt the moon rise. I couldn’t see it in our windowless cell block, but that didn’t matter; I felt the possibilities of change through every part of my body.

"Ladies and gentlemen," the posh English accent announced over the airplane’s tannoy, "I'd like to thank you for flying Soixante-Trois airlines, and on behalf of the company, I'd like to wish you all a safe stay in Paris and a very Merry Christmas!"

“Some kids have disappeared too,” Gerald said. “The news didn’t say, but I’ll bet a first-edition Monster Manual that they were playing ‘pretend.’ Same as we were, only without dice.”

“I shall see you on Tuesday!” Hannah giggles as she drops me off outside my former college. “Give my love to the rest of the ‘Teen Angels’. Oh- and enjoy your long, loooong weekend!”

“Will do!” I laugh, straightening my short skirt and opaque black tights as I step out of the car and stride into the dining hall of the large building. I breathe a sigh of relief that my work is over for another week- not that I don’t still enjoy it, of course, but it IS hard work, and I’m REALLY looking forward to three free days to spend with my friends… Especially Sarah.

Now, that the poker game is over, and Lee must face some hard cold facts in the light of day.

To get out of that poker game, with River, in one piece, Lee had to show the world, including Revy and her crew, Pedro, and Chang, almost all the skills he had.

This removed a lot of advantages Lee had slowly built up, during his time in De La Plata Podrido. With his careful planning and preparations now starting to collapse around him.

And those that know him, will have questions for him. From Revy and her crew, to Pedro.

In addition, Chang has taken an interesting, Lee.

The walls are starting to close in on Lee. And he is going to have to figure out what he is going to do, sooner, rather than later. Because time is growing short. And Lee knows this.

Though, at least River has a nice gift for Lee, that he could use, given his situation. And Melvin introduces Lee to a man, whom perks up Lee's day.

Now, for something different.

This is a day in the life of Police Chief Pedro Del Soto. As he, and his police officers, patrol and protect the people of the island city of De La Plata Podrido.

Meanwhile, Lee introduces Akira, Natsuru, and Ranma, to some of his favorite, more modern movies.

It was an odd looking pebble; odd enough to cause Abigail to pause as she led her four year old son Sammie by the hand across the play park. Someone had left it on a picnic table at the centre of the little park and she found herself detouring slightly to get a better look.

Some people, when they dig themselves into a hole, by angering a small army of badass women from across the multiverse, would stop digging, and do what they can to prevent making things work for themselves.

But, not Lee. Given Lee and the rest of the world he is on, is stuck in a time loop. With Lee having no consequences for his actions. And no one else remembering the temporal resets. Lee has decided to keep digging his hole deeper with the women after him.

And so, in this chapter, Lee is going to be Learning The Ropes, in becoming a badass.

And by the time this is over, Lee is going to find himself in China.

The day after the Day of the Little Angels, is the Day of the Dead.

A fitting name for a day when Lee finds himself in the interesting predicament of being stuck in day that never seems to end.

And this story arc will answer the question of what happens, when a person, whom is still mostly healthy, though is dying, is stuck in a time loop? Where the march of illness and death has come to a complete stop for that person.

Lee is still somewhat healthy. It seems he is not going to die any time soon, due to being given the day repeating itself. A repeating time loop with no consequences, where Lee seems to be the only one that remembers the repeats.

So, what will a mischievous, and imaginative person like Lee do with his time?

And will Lee try to stop the time loops. Or, because Lee is dying of cancer, does he even wants to try to stop the time loops?

A three day festival is taking place in De La Plata Podrido. All Hallows Eve. The Day of the Little Angels. And the Day of the Dead.

It is Day of the Little Angels.

Lee has an interesting day of ambushes, and embarrassments.

Meanwhile, Revy receives a strange prophecy.

And Violin has a confrontation with the Lagoon sisters, and the trio sisters, on a matter of their envy and jealousy towards Violin.

This is the prelude to an even higher level of insanity, in the Day of the Dead.

“Jamie?” The young man asks with confusion as he answers his front door. “What are you doing here this early?”

Unearthly Delights

I left home on the heels of a big blow out fight as I had finally come clean with my family about myself.

It was over Christmas and I had been trying to tell them for a long time. Well tell them that all of my life I’d never been Scott that I’d had always been Sarah. And it wasn’t like I had been planning on coming out but it was a combination of my brother being all super asshole with his whole rant on gay people and on pretty much anyone LGBT.

And it pretty much went down like this….

“You know what Sean fuck off!”

“What’s up your ass Scotty?”

“There are some of us y’know that are LGBT in this family.”

“That freakhole Mike?”

“No not Mike, me.”

“To Viks!” The five of us toast, clinking our glasses of champagne (or in Charlotte’s case, non-alcoholic champagne) together.

“Seriously, you guys,” Viks complains, “my birthday isn’t until tomorrow!”

“Yeah, but we’ve got to share you with a BOY tomorrow,” Hannah giggles. “Tonight it’s all girls, girls, girls!”

“And on that topic,” Mary giggles, “Jamie, where the hell did you get those amazing nails?” I laugh as I wave my extra-long fingernails for the girls, highlighting the shiny black polish that’s been applied to each one.

We have finally reached the climax of Book Four of this Anthology Of Insanity. Where the Lowe family, and their friends, are finally going to settle their matters with Scorpius, in more ways than one.
