Chapter One – The Beginning

Valerie Swindon sat at her desk in her small study grading exam papers. A shadow fell over the opaque glass panel of the door and she looked up at the ornate mantle clock and realised it was time.

A boy with a reputation as a troublemaker quickly turns over a new leaf with the help of his family, his two best friends, and The Prissy Princess Correctional Club.

" Girls Night!"

" What? No! I've already been enough of a girl today. I'm not doing anything girly anymore."

Jake had a stern look on his face. Jen pleaded Jake with a cute face but his mind was made up. Jen resorted to her last option.

" You got me a BIKINI?"

Jake looked at the red string bikini in utter disgust as Jen chuckled. He was now annoyed at Jen.

" This is too much Jen! First you cheat and paint my nails but I don't utter a word. You make me wear heels but I don't complain much. Now a bikini? What are you trying to do?"

" Okay. I agree to cheating in poker. I only did that because I wanted to paint your nails since three years and I could never make you agree to it."

" So that is why every bet we make involves you painting my nails?"

Chapter 1

The spring break had begun. Jake was excited to go to his aunt's house. Aunt Mary was his favorite, she lived in a huge estate which she owned. She was also an excellent cook and had starred on television too. She lived with there with her daughter, Jennifer. Jen and Jake were really close. They grew up together until Jake moved to the city with his parents for his high school.

Every day, I find myself wishing things could go back to the way they used to be.

I'm Richard James Tanner, apparently my great-great-uncle Marshall was the founder of our little corner of Louisiana. I'm fourteen years old, with four sisters. Shelly is nineteen, Paula is seventeen, Elaine is fifteen and Samantha is twelve. Yep, I'm the only boy in the family.

That wishing bit I mentioned is mostly because I truly miss my parents. If mom had not been so damn stubborn! Arrrggghhh!!!!!

Hi My name is Kaleb, and I had quite a normal life. I had many friends at school and even got good grades. My Mom and Dad still lived together, and that means that I was from a stable home. I am sixteen years old, and I am looking forward to my birthday, when I become seventeen. Then I can decide more. Then what is the problem? Why this story?

Kozuke gently runs the washcloth through the basin of scented soapy water, and begins to gently sponge the sweat off of her body. For some reason, she is always very sweaty in the morning. He suspects her dreams aren’t pleasant.

"My power flurries through the air into the ground," I sing as I dramatically glide across the stage, my ice blue dress flowing around me with every step I take.

"My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around
And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast
I'm never going back, the past is in the past..."

"Let it go, let it go," I sing, my lungs feeling like they're going to break under the strain.
"And I'll rise like the break of dawn,

That perfect girl is gone.
Here I stand,

"Oh come on Andrew is this really necessary?" I mean what else could I say?

I had been volunteered for this stunt simply because I am the smallest guy in the class still. The other boys had gotten too big to pull this off so it was left to me to do it. Besides its kind of a small, not quite allowed tradition. One I had. thus far, gotten away without doing....

Ryan and Alex are stranded on an island with no help in sight. Ryan takes charge to keep the two of them alive, but shows no interest in Alex. Sexually frustrated, Alex attempts to seduce Ryan with her feminine charms. However, if she goes too far the bond they share could be broken with their survival in the balance.

“Bet THIS wasn’t how you thought you’d spend the New Year!” Laura teases as we sip our hot, sweet drinks, surrounded by some of our friends, some of our families… And a few people I never thought I’d get the chance to hang out with!

“So then, you two,” the unmistakable voice of Jamie-Lee Milton- one of the most famous transgendered people in the country- asks as she sits down opposite me and Laura. “How long have you got before you’re back at school?”

“Ugh, we go back TOMORROW,” Laura moans.

“Is it, like, the beginning of the end for you two?” Jamie-Lee asks.

"Alright kids, get on the bus!" Said the gym teacher, pointing to the kids in the bleachers, waiting to be dismissed. Yelling, all the kids run out to their buses. Including Kaleb. Now Kaleb was a pretty average 17 year old, although a bit weak for his age, nobody bothered him, because he had longer hair than some of the boys in the school and creeped the other kids out, but that was alright with him, as he was also antisocial. Getting on the bus, it didn't take too long for Kaleb to find a seat, unaware that it was occupied.
